We have a design of a cartridge that contains six tubes that contain liquid reagents. (Think of the bullet holder of a revolver in the vertical.) Three of the tubes have an internal diameter of 0.25 in. The other three have a 0.15 in. diameter. The bottom of these tubes needs to be sealed to prevent reagent leaking. When a plunger at the top of each tube is pressed, the increased pressure needs to burst the seal, thus dispensing the liquid into a portion of the cartridge below. The sealant provider we would most highly recommend would be Oracle Packaging (Phyllis Pardue-Hines 336/777-5860 phyllishines@oraclepkg.com) for the heat seal foil.

We build the machinery to punch the flat lid from the roll stock that also seals it to the container.
