More information is needed on the specific application, but here’s a response from Alexandra Ross of H.B. Fuller in Germany regarding the adhesive accreditation:
“ISEGA is not a regulation; it is a laboratory/institute in Germany, which is making tests/checks/analysis against special regulations or requirements. It is a well-known institute, but there are several others doing the same job.
“In this case ISEGA has only approved/certified the compliance with something, which I could not find out from the discussion.”
