Bill Mayer
Director of Engineering
Minnesota Thermal ScienceBill Mayer is the Director of Engineering at Minnesota Thermal Science. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and a minor in mathematics. Bill’s engineering knowledge spans the field of thermodynamics and its application to thermal container design and testing. Bill has developed new thermal packaging solutions for Minnesota Thermal Science including custom products for the United States military and other industry leading pharmaceutical and biological companies. He has developed new intellectual property for Minnesota Thermal Science and has numerous U.S. and foreign patents pending. In addition to developing new technology and products, Bill is responsible for overseeing the in-house International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) certified thermal testing laboratory. He has presented at industry leading conferences such as the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) conference and the IQPC annual Cold Chain Distribution for Pharmaceuticals conference. Bill is also the company representative for ISTA and other professional organization activities. 
Corey Hensel
Director of Operations
DDL Inc.Corey Hensel has more than 14 years of experience in the package and product testing industry. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for DDL’s processes and operational efficiency across all three of DDL’s facilities. He is also responsible for ensuring all tests are performed in accordance with the most current industry standards and meets the quality standards established through DDL’s ISO 9001 certification. Hensel is Chair of the ASTM D10.23 committee, a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP) and TAPPI. 
Jeff Espin
Technical Services Manager
Rondo-Pak Inc.Jeff E. Espin, age 45 was appointed Technical Services Manager at Rondo-Pak, Inc., Norristown, PA / USA, a company belonging to the KORBER MEDIPAK Group, in April 2009. Jeff is a 25 year veteran of the printing, folding carton and packaging industry and has held various positions with increasing scope and responsibility in the Technical Services, Operations Management and Sales Management areas of the industry. Before joining Rondo-Pak, he worked with Sonoco Products, Cadmus Communications and J&J Packaging. 
Richard Bahr
President and CEO
MGSRichard has 20 years of experience in management with MGS. He has overseen and directed the building of a growing organization and building of the MGS reputation in the marketplace. Richard has provided key leadership in initiating the development of at least one new product each year since becoming President in 1996. He has sat on multiple industry panels and is frequently sought after for commentary on pharmaceutical packaging automation, most recently regarding compliance packaging formats. He currently serves on the PMMI board of directors.
